ACTIVATE YOUR NEW VISA® DEBIT CARD

By now you should have received and activated your new VISA® debit card with EMV Smart Chip technology. We will deactivate all debit cards that do not contain the VISA® EMV Smart Chip starting Monday November 30, 2015. To ensure access to your accounts, please activate your new VISA EMV Smart Chip debit card immediately.

Thank you to all the members who’ve activated and begun swiping their new Enhanced VISA® debit cards! You’re already enjoying the benefits, including smart chip technology for enhanced security for your purchases! If you have yet to activate your new card, here’s a quick reminder of some important information that all active debit cardholders should have received about their new cards:

  • Card Activation: (800) 619-0245
    • To activate your card you will need to call from the primary phone number of record and verify the last 4 digits of the SSN for activation and PIN selection
    • International Contact Member Services (877) 277-2586 for Card Activation.
  • PIN Change: (877) 267-6914 or (859) 488-4134 (International)
    • You can change your PIN from any touch tone phone. Cardholders are required to know your current PIN in order to use this system. You may call the audio PIN change line from any phone number.
  • Report or lost/stolen debit card by calling:

  • Transaction Disputes: (800) 808-6402

  • How do I qualify for the VISA® Debit Card?
    • To qualify, you must be a member of the Credit Union in good standing with a checking account, with no NSF activity in the last ninety (90) days.

  • How do I apply?
    • You can apply by visiting the Credit Union website to print and complete an Account Modfication Form, and mail or fax the application to the Credit Union.

  • When will I receive my card?
    • Your card will be received in 7-10 business days. Once your card is activated, you will have the option to change your PIN through the automated system number listed above.

  • What do I do if my card is lost or stolen?
    • Call Card Services toll-free at (800) 528-2273 (24 hours a day) immediately to report your card lost or stolen.
