When will these Digital Banking updates go live?
Updates are expected to go live on February 16, 2022. We will keep you updated in the event we experience delays.
How do I get the update in Online Banking?
Current Online Banking users don’t have to do a thing – the update will take place automatically. Just login as you normally would. If you have not already enrolled for Online Banking, you can find more information to get started

How do I get the update in the app for Mobile Banking?
You will need to update the app from the Google Play Store or App Store after February 16th. If you have auto-update, this should update automatically. If the app does not update automatically, you will need to uninstall the app from your device and reinstall from the app store. If you need to access your account before you have a chance to download the new app, you can login to Online Banking with your current login credentials. Coca-Cola CU in the App Store or Google Play Store and download today.
Is my username and password changing?
No, your username and password are not changing. You will notice that the login interface looks different, but you will still login using the same information as you do today.
Will my Bill Pay information carry over to the new system?
Yes. Your current payees and scheduled payments will carry over to the new system.
How do I pay my bills now?
Our Bill Pay vendor did not change so you do not need to re-enter any of your bills. The main screen was enhanced to provide quick and easy access to the tools you need.
To access Bill Pay on the new screen go to MY FINANCES and look for BILL PAY.
Will my automatic transfers carry over to the new system?
Yes. Any scheduled transfers that you previously had set up will convert over to the new experience and will continue to process according to the schedule you defined.
Will my transaction and balance alerts carry over to the new system?
No. You will have to set those up in the updated Online Banking system. To set-up new alerts on the dashboard, go to MORE and then ALERTS and then ADD NEW ALERT in the top right corner. Choose your ACCOUNT, choose your ALERT TYPE, and SAVE. You can also choose one of the pre-selected SECURITY options from the main ALERTS page.
Where can I see my other membership accounts that I am primary or joint on?
On your main dashboard. If you don’t see a joint or primary account listed on your dashboard, be sure it’s not hidden. To see if an account is hidden, click the gear in the top right corner, where you should see a full account list. If an account is hidden, then the eye widget will have a slash through it. To unhide an account, simply click the eye.
I see a block titled Money Manager on my new dashboard. What is this and how do I use it?
MoneyDesktop is a complete money management experience seamlessly integrated into your Online Banking. With MoneyDesktop, you can get an overall snapshot of your Coca-Cola CU (and non-CCCU) finances and see all of your accounts, balances, and transactions in one place.
