WHAT IS AN INACTIVE ACCOUNT?

An inactive account is one that has had no activity in a 12-month period. After 12 months of no activity, your account will be charged a $5 inactivity fee per month until the account reaches a $0 balance or 5 years of inactivity. After 5 years of inactivity, your account is considered abandoned and will be escheated to the state of residency on record. But it’s easy to avoid these actions. Simply choose one of the options below to reactivate your account and avoid any potential inactivity charges.

Mobile App

Online Banking

Local to Atlanta? Stop by the Financial Solutions Center located in the AOC. Outside of GA? Head to any shared branch location to conduct a transaction.

If you no longer need our services and would like to close your account completely, please email us at creditunion@coca-cola.com to request an Account Modification Form. Be sure to add the following subject line when sending your request: Account Closure Request
