Coca-Cola Credit Union Members Approve Merger with Associated Credit Union
Member Approval Clears Path for Integration Beginning in 2026
Atlanta, GA and Peachtree Corners, GA (December 12, 2025) — Members of Coca-Cola Credit Union (CCCU) have overwhelmingly approved the proposed merger with Associated Credit Union (ACU), moving the partnership another step closer to completion. With all required regulatory and membership approvals secured, the merger is set to become effective January 1, 2026, with full operational integration planned for June 2026.

The vast majority of ballots cast by Coca-Cola Credit Union members affirmed the strategic partnership, that brings together two credit unions with a combined legacy of service, shared values, and deep commitment to their communities.

During the integration phase of the merger, scheduled to be completed in June 2026, both credit unions will work diligently to align operations, systems, and staff, and ensure minimal disruption to members, while keeping safety and security of data a top priority.
