Dining In Series-Baked Tortellini
A delicious, easy dinner option that will have everyone begging for doubles!
Ingredients:
- 20 ounces tortellini
- 1 pound ground beef
- 24 ounce jar of pasta sauce (we like Rao’s!)
- 8 ounces cream cheeseCheesy Baked Tortellini with Meat Sauce image
- 1 cup mozzarella, shredded
- ½ cup parmesan, shredded
Directions:
- Cook the pasta al dente, according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 baking pan.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown ground beef, breaking apart large pieces with a wooden spoon.
- Drain beef and stir in pasta sauce and cream cheese. Let mixture simmer for a few minutes until the sauce is well incorporated.
- Gently toss the cooked tortellini with the sauce mixture and pour into prepared baking pan. Sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan.
- Bake uncovered on center rack for 20 minutes. Turn oven to broil and bake for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until cheese turns golden brown.
